Match Enhancer
Match Enhancer is the "turbo-charger" for those demanding more performance. The IriCAMM and IriTerminal families are capable of matching at speeds of approximately 200 to 300 matches per second. This speed is excellent for small databases, access control, and 1:1 matching, but applications using large databases may require faster processing speeds. To meet this need, IriTech offers the Match Enhancer software upgrade.
Match Enhancer resides on the host computer and incorporates the high level of reliability and accuracy of the Iris SDK matcher in a package specifically for use with the IriCAMM and IriTerminal camera systems. When matching needs exceed the on-board match capability of the camera, users can use Match Enhancer to rapidly process repositories containing up to 5K, 10K, or 50K subjects. Match processing occurs as fast as the computing capability of the host computer.
